Cevapcici with "Szegedin" sauerkraut

Unusual and quick, extremely tasty


Ingredients for 2 people:
  • 1 packet of Abbelen cevapcici
  • 1 small tin of 3 minute sauerkraut
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 dessertspoons of sweet paprika powder
  • butter or oil
  • 1 teaspoon caraway
  • 150 ml sour cream

Preparation:
Finely chop the onion and garlic and braise in fat until glassy. Stir in the paprika powder, briefly cook and add the sauerkraut and the caraway. After 3-5 minutes, stir the soured cream in and serve with the hot cevapcici and the potatoes.

  • If raw onions don´t agree with you, just use roasted onions.
