Cevapcici with "Szegedin" sauerkraut
Unusual and quick, extremely tasty
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 1 packet of Abbelen cevapcici
- 1 small tin of 3 minute sauerkraut
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 dessertspoons of sweet paprika powder
- butter or oil
- 1 teaspoon caraway
- 150 ml sour cream

Preparation: Finely chop the onion and garlic and braise in fat until glassy. Stir in the paprika powder, briefly cook and add the sauerkraut and the caraway. After 3-5 minutes, stir the soured cream in and serve with the hot cevapcici and the potatoes. |

- If raw onions don´t agree with you, just use roasted onions.
