Vegetable burgers with Indian raita

Really great!


Ingredients for 2 people:
  • 1 packet of Abbelen vegetable burgers (fried fat-free)
  • 250 ml yoghurt
  • ˝ bunch of mint
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • ˝ teaspoon of sugar

Preparation:
Peel the cucumber and dice it finely. Chop the mint and add it to the yoghurt. Stir everything and add sugar and a pinch of salt to taste. Saffron rice goes with it very well.

  • You can easily take the Indian yoghurt sauce to work in a plastic container.
