Curry and cape gooseberry - an exciting combination

 

Ingredients for 11:
  • 1 packet of Abbelen chicken nuggets (contents approx. 11)
  • 1 small jar of mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons of curry powder
  • 11 leaves of mint
  • 1 yellow or red paprika
  • Toothpicks

Preparation:
Mix the mayonnaise and the curry and add salt and pepper to taste. Cook the nuggets in the microwave beforehand and allow to cool off somewhat. Then put a dash of curry sauce on the chicken nuggets. Decorate with mint and a slice of paprika. Remove the outside from the cape gooseberry and fix on the nugget with a toothpick.
  • A little turmeric or food colouring will make it yellow.
