Pork Meatballs on pesto mushrooms
Finest form of finger-food!
Ingredients for 15:
- 1 packet of Abbelen Frikolinos (contents: about 15)
- 15 medium sized mushroom heads
- 50 g fresh parmesan or other ground cheese
- 1 small jar of pesto sauce

Preparation: |
- Don't wash the champignons with water. Just clean them off carefully with absorbent paper or a brush.
