Pork Meatballs on pesto mushrooms

Finest form of finger-food!


Abbelen Frikolinos
Ingredients for 15:
  • 1 packet of Abbelen Frikolinos (contents: about 15)
  • 15 medium sized mushroom heads
  • 50 g fresh parmesan or other ground cheese
  • 1 small jar of pesto sauce

Preparation: 
Break the mushroom stalks out and clean the heads. Pepper, salt and fill with a teaspoon of pesto and put the Frikolino on it. Cover with parmesan and briefly grill until the cheese has melted.

  • Don't wash the champignons with water. Just clean them off carefully with absorbent paper or a brush.
