German-style vegetable burgers with herbal mashed potatoes and snow peas

Healthy and colourful!


Ingredients for 2 people:
  • 1 packet of Abbelen turkey and chicken burgers (contents: 5 pieces)
  • Potatoes or packet mashed potatoes
  • Milk 
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Snow peas
  • 1 handful of herbs (e.g. parsley, chives, chervil, tarragon, basil, lemon balm, dill)

Preparation:
Prepare the mashed potatoes; add butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add plenty of finely chopped herbs and serve straight away with hot vegetable burgers and snow peas.

  • It will go even faster if you use an instant puree.
