Vitamin Burgers

Are healthy and taste good.


 
Ingredients for 5 people:
  • 1 packet of Abbelen turkey and chicken burgers (contents: 5 pieces)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 5 radishes
  • 5 lettuce leaves
  • 1 yellow paprika
  • 10 slices of cucumber
  • Tartare sauce of salad mayonnaise
  • Toothpicks

 

Preparation:
Cut the turkey and chicken burgers in half. Spread some tartare sauce on the bottom half and decorate with a lettuce leaf. Add some slices of radish, strips of paprika, two slices of hard-boiled egg and some slices of cucumber. Put the upper half of the burger on top and fix the burger with a toothpick.
