Pan-fried German-style burgers with tagliatelle in spinach and gorgonzola sauce

Spinaci con Gorgonzola!

 

Abbelen Pfannenfrikadellen

Ingredients for 2 people:
  • 1 packet of Abbelen pan-fried German-style pork burgers (contents: 5)
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 150 g gorgonzola
  • 300 g deep-frozen leaf spinach
  • 300 g tagliatelle
  • 1 packet of pan-fried burgers
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Preparation:
Boil the cream, cut the gorgonzola into cubes and dissolve it in the hot cream. Add the thawed, drained spinach, heat slowly, stirring all the time, and add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Boil the tagliatelle al dente, mix with the spinach and gorgonzola sauce and serve with burgers fried in the pan.
