Turkey Escalopes with mushroom and parsley ragout
The favourite meal for mushroom fans
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 1 packet of Abbelen turkey escalopes (contents: 2)
- 250 g of mushrooms
- 1 bunch of smooth parsley
- 1 onion
- 200 ml cream
- Lemon juice
- Butter for frying
- Some pink pepper (crushed)

- So-called "pink pepper" is actually not part of the botanical "pepper family" but belongs to the Aralia family, which also includes pistachios and mangoes. This is the fruit of the pepper tree (Schinus Terebinthifolius).
