Chicken wings Mexican with puree of beans and spicy tomato salsa

Viva Mexico!

 

Ingredients for 5 people:
  • 2 packets of Abbelen Chicken Wings
  • 1 tin of kidney beans, drained
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of instant stock
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 dessertspoons of oil
  • sheep's cheese
  • 1 tin of tomatoes (pieces)
  • 2 shallots
  • 1-2 chillis

 

Preparation:
Finely chop the onion and garlic and braise in oil in a saucepan (or frying pan). Rinse the beans and put them into the pan with the stock. Add salt and pepper, possibly some water and simmer for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool off slightly, puree and crumble sheep's cheese on top. Purée the tomatoes with the shallots and the garlic, cut the chilli into fine rings (amount depending of the degree of spice required)
and add salt and
pepper to
taste.
