Thai soup with green curry and mini pork burgers

Where is the Mai Thai?

 

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 1 packet of Abbelen mini pork burgers
  • 1 ˝ dessertspoons of green curry paste
  • 3 dessertspoons of oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 yellow paprika
  • 100 g snow peas
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 500 ml chicken stock
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 dessertspoons fish sauce
  • 3 dessertspoons soy sauce
  • 2 dessertspoons lemon juice

Preparation:
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the green curry paste and roast while stirring. Finely chop the onions, garlic and ginger, add to the curry paste and roast briefly. Stir the coconut milk in and boil. Cut the paprika into strips, halve the snow peas at an angle, cut the mushrooms into strips and add to the soup with the chicken stock. Allow to boil for 15 minutes, add the fish sauce, soy sauce and lemon
 juice. Add the mini pork
burgers and heat for
a further 10
minutes.
