German-style burgers in savoy cabbage leaves

Tasty with bacon!

 

Ingredients for 2 people:
  • 1 packet of Abbelen mini burgers (contents 20 pieces)
  • 4-8 good-looking savoy cabbage leaves (depending on the size)
  • 8 thin slices of bacon
  • Mustard

Preparation:
Blanche the savoy leaves in salted water for 2-3 minutes, rinse under cold water and dry off. Coat the burger with mustard, roll it up in the savoy leaf and fix at cross angles with a slice of bacon. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes at 800°C. Serve sauté potatoes with rosemary with it.

  • Rolling in a few pickled gherkin slices is delicious too!
