Turkey and chicken burger with asparagus salad

A highlight, not only in the asparagus season!


 
Ingredients for 2 people:
  • 1 packet of Abbelen turkey and chicken burgers (contents: 5 pieces)
  • 1 jar of asparagus
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 4 dessertspoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4-5 leaves of finely chopped basil
  • A pinch of sugar

Preparation:
Prepare a vinaigrette from mustard, lemon juice, oil and spices. Allow the asparagus to dry and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Quarter the tomatoes and remove the pips. Mix the asparagus and the tomatoes with the vinaigrette and put them on to the plate together with the turkey and chicken burgers. Push the hard boiled egg through a fine sieve and place on top of the asparagus salad.
