A clear aroma-protection packaging and concise and brief product and preparation information on the label do justice to this claim. Likewise, the product-related nutritional information, which is interesting for many consumers, is shown. Consumers' opinions are our elixir. This is why we permanently have consumer surveys done. This is the only way for us to see whether consumers want changes with regard to the kind of product and/or taste requirements. The knowledge obtained from these surveys is then immediately included in new product developments.
